How do I join the online conference?

After your binding booking, you will receive from us by post and email

  • an invitation with a link to access the online conference and
  • Your access code.
  • Please use the participant e-mail address that you provided when you booked your online service as the user name for your login.

Please join the online conference 10 minutes in advance so that any problems that may arise can still be clarified.

Do I need to install software to participate?

No, a browser plug-in will be installed at the first start (no admin rights required)

Do I need special hardware?

To participate, you need an Internet-enabled device with a sufficient display size and, if necessary, a simple headset (included with all smartphones when purchasing) for better communication.

Can the other participants see me?

This decision is yours and can be adjusted in the settings before and during participation in the tool.

How do I get a certificate of attendance?

This will be sent to you by post after the event.

Remember to mute your microphone during the online conference to avoid background noise.
